My tutoring journey began at SPARK Business Academy in 2018, where I taught students about entrepreneurship and the stock market. Over the course of the year, I helped young learners build their own small business plans and introduced them to investing through interactive tools like "How the Market Works." It was incredibly rewarding to see students engage with real-world financial topics in a hands-on and approachable way.
I also spent two years tutoring at Huntington Learning Center, working with students ranging from elementary through high school. My focus was on building strong foundations in math and reading comprehension while helping students boost their confidence and develop effective study habits.
More recently, I've continued tutoring one-on-one, including supporting high school students with math and college prep. I take a patient and encouraging approach, always aiming to meet students where they are and help them grow from there. Whether I'm supporting a student who is struggling or challenging one who's excelling, I tailor each session to match their needs and learning style.
