In 2015 I spent six weeks abroad in Santiago, Chile where I learned first how to survive in a Spanish speaking country. Through that experience I became confident in how to thrive in my new language. I enjoy visiting Spanish-speaking countries as often as I can to strengthen my verbal skills.
