My family and I own a small farm where we raise goats, rabbits, and chickens. My last school was a BOCES and I helped establish a farm on campus for students to run.
My teaching style is a lot of hands on application. I like to begin by getting to know my students interests, what they want to learn, and what teaching methods best suit them. A typical lesson will include some notes, an activity or lab, and then a short review of what we’ve learned.
I have a love for teaching and helping students develop new ways to learn and understand concepts. I have helped tutor students after school for 4 years now between the different schools. Feel free to contact me with any questions! I’m happy to help in any way I can!
