I have my degree in ASL interpreting. While I was in the final semesters of my program, I got the opportunity to work in a classroom with non-verbal children, teaching them sign language. That experience opened up the door to teaching and tutoring in ASL which I have now done for more than 7 years as my career in addition to freelance interpreting.
I love teaching and I love my students! Over the years, I've learned how to cater to the needs of each individual and teach the way they need to be taught in order to learn effectively. I truly believe that everyone has it in them to learn this beautiful language and I would love to be a part of your journey.

  • Rate details: 15 minute conversation sessions are $15. 30 minute lessons are $25 45 minute lessons are $30. Groups of 2 are the same rates!

My degree is in American Sign Language Interpreting. After graduating in 2017, I immediately started teaching and tutoring ASL in addition to interpreting. I've been working with students of all ages, starting at 3 years old, and of all different backgrounds and needs since 2017 and have enjoyed every minute. I make sure that every lesson is individualized to the needs of each student.

Very kind, patient, and efficient!

Victoria has had one meeting with my daughter so far for American Sign Language and I could not be happier with choosing her. She was so sweet and seems like she genuinely enjoys being with you during the tutoring session. Feels like we have known her for longer than just a day!! Took her time explaining things to my daughter and myself. Made sure everything she needed to cover was covered and then when she had a few extra minutes before her hour was up made sure she filled that time with more learning opportunities which was so great. She will be who we see from now on for ASL for tutoring and we both can't wait to see her again (this coming Monday! :) )
