My method involves helping students see that they're making progress, particularly through practice, whether it's online math drills, Spanish worksheets, or describing biological processes. I emphasize practice as the best way to learn as opposed to just lecturing about content. But I am flexible to my teaching style if a parent or student wants me to teach a certain way that's best.
Math experience: 800/800 on SAT Math, 36/36 on ACT Math, 800/800 on Math II Subject Test, 760/760 on PSAT Math, Outstanding Algebra II/Trig, Geometry, and Algebra I awards in high school, MathCounts Captain.
Biology experience: 5 on the AP Biology exam, Outstanding Biology award in high school
Spanish experience: Top Spanish student in Nevada via National Spanish Exam, 4 on both the AP Spanish Language and Literature exams, Fluent speaker (9 years)
