After failing the NREMT twice I knew that I needed help. I was super worried that EMS was just not my thing because I did so poorly on the tests. I decided to seek out a tutor, and found Mike! After just the first session I already felt so much better. Mike has so many tricks and cool ways to understand various concepts. His way of remembering the flow of blood through the heart is one of my favorites. I think the thing that helped me the most is that Mike breaks down how to answer an NREMT question (they are pretty tricky). I just passed the NREMT in 70 questions-- a huge improvement from my first attempt. I could not have done it without Mike and I'll be seeing him again for paramedic school!

AMAZING! Patient! Understanding! Has amazing tips and tricks to remember concepts ( especially the heart! My most confusing subject) came to him on a very a scheduled timeline to take my NREMT and has gone above and beyond to meet the needs of that time line and guided me on how to approach my circumstances! Michael was very accommodating and willing to teach me for the NREMT exam, despite my deadline. He went deep into the conceptual parts of the exam, and he made sure I understood the information moving on -- which I really appreciated. Michael also made sure I developed my confidence before taking the exam for the second time, which made such a huge difference for me, as I recently passed!
