As a certified English teacher, my passion for English Language Learners stems from my appreciation for culture and the admiration I have for the my students. I have taught English from grades 7 through college and ESL students from the elementary level to Adult Language Learners. Currently, I am the College Prep Instructor with the Upward Bound Program at UNLV helping first generation high school students realize their dream of attending a post-secondary institution.
Learning is FUN! With a little bit of hard work, I believe any student can experience academic success! Need a tutor who is able to connect with your student and provide meaningful guidance through subject mater and content. I especially enjoy working with the ELL/ESL population.
