Richard left the corporate world and started a Consumer Products Sales Company. His company grew to be a very sought after target for acquisition by larger companies who wanted the expertise and the track record that could add to their success. After a twenty year period of serving as a CEO of this business, he sold it to a large competitor.
Richard then trained, and became a Professional Speaker specializing in the subjects of Management, Leadership, and Communication Skills. He has conducted over 2,000 presentations to groups of 10 to 3,000 people all over North America for the last 17 years.
