I am an experienced adult educator, higher education professional, and retired Air Force Master Sergeant with an Ed.S. in Adult Education from Auburn University and an MBA in Health Care Management from West Texas A&M University. Over the course of my career, I have accumulated thousands of hours teaching, training, advising, and coaching adults in classroom, online, small-group, and one-on-one settings. My experience includes college advising, professional development, leadership and management education, academic instruction, and helping students navigate educational and career decisions.

My approach is practical, supportive, and highly individualized. I work especially well with adult learners, college students, graduate students, working professionals, and military-connected students who want someone who can explain ideas clearly without talking down to them. In writing, I can help students organize ideas, strengthen arguments, improve clarity, revise papers, and develop their own academic voice. In business and MBA subjects, I focus on helping students understand concepts and apply them to real workplace situations rather than simply memorize terminology.

I also enjoy helping students prepare for interviews, presentations, career transitions, and public speaking. My goal is not simply to help someone complete the task in front of them, but to help them become more confident and independent afterward. Whether you are returning to school after years away, working through a graduate assignment, preparing for an interview, or trying to become a stronger communicator, I will meet you where you are and build from there.
