My education, certifications, and technical experience have given me a broad background in computers, quantitative problem-solving, data analysis, and technology. I enjoy using this knowledge to help students understand concepts that may initially seem complicated.

I have 5 years of tutoring experience with students at both high school and college levels. In the past, I tutored high school students in mathematics, science, and IT-related subjects in classroom settings of approximately 35 students. I also spent 3 years tutoring at a vocational school, where I taught students computer functionality, troubleshooting techniques, problem-solving, and effective customer interaction. More recently, I have worked one-on-one with college students in introductory Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, and Data Analysis.

My teaching approach is patient and step-by-step. I first determine exactly where a student is having difficulty and then break the concept into smaller, manageable parts. For technical and data-related subjects, I use examples and practical problem-solving to help students understand both the process and the reasoning behind it. I encourage questions and adjust my explanations to fit each student's learning needs. My goal is for students to leave each lesson with greater confidence and the ability to apply what they have learned independently.
