I’ve worked with students at every stage of the competition pipeline, from first-time AMC takers to USAMO qualifiers looking to make it to the MOP. I have had students achieve success starting before 11th grade and making USAMO their senior year to longer-term students that start in elementary/middle school and reach a nationally top-tiered rank in competitive math.
The reason I am so confident in my approach is that I can guarantee results - I currently have an 88% success rate on USAMO qualifiers with students that have studied with me.
My qualifications are as below.
UC Berkeley Computer Science major and Applied Mathematics minor.
Perfect score on the AMC 8 (25), a 144 on the AMC 10, a 150 on the AMC 12 , a 13 on the AIME (4 time qualifier), and a two time USAMO qualifier.
SAT - 2390 (800 Writing, 800 Math, 790 Reading), SAT Math II - 800, ACT - 36 (35 English, 36 Math, 36 Reading, 36 Science, 12 Writing), 5 on 10 AP tests (Calculus BC, Calculus AB, Chemistry, English Lang, Physics B, Physics C: E&M, Physics C: Mechanics, World History, US History, Macroeconomics)
My experiences include corporate tutoring for 8 years, private tutoring for middle and high school students for 10 years, and college counseling and application essay editing and feedback for 5 years.
