I earned my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Illinois and my M.S. in Reading K-12 from Nova Southeastern University. I am a former Disney American teacher nominee, Teacher of the Year, and the proud recipient of a Governor’s TOP 100 middle school award for the at-risk middle school Charter School that I founded and operated. I have teaching certifications in Colorado, Nevada, and Florida.
Outside of work, I love playing with my dog Brock, laughing with my son Jordan, going to Club Pilates, and finding ways to enjoy all of the activities Las Vegas has to offer.
