Hello, My name is Cris. I'm originally from California but now live in the Nashville area. As you know English, whether American or British is considered the international business language and is used universally around the world in so many of today’s industries such as automotive, banking, medicine, science, travel, aviation, logistics, or shipping and supply chain.
Throughout my life, I have worked and lived in many regions across the United States. I have traveled internationally to Canada, Latin America, France, and Italy while also doing business with associates in Guam, Tonga, Japan, Mexico, Italy, and Canada.
Over my 40-year career, my work experience has been very diverse, including senior level management or executive level positions in Human Resources, Sales and Operations, Distribution and Supply Chain, Training and Development. I have spent years teaching, mentoring, and coaching people of all walks of life. From the entry level high school employee to the college graduate; from the senior corporate executives to the small business owners. In an effort to design the training or coaching sessions in a fun and interactive way for the individual or the groups, I would pay special attention to the level of understanding of the subject matter and the abilities of the participant(s).
With my diverse mentoring and coaching background, my goal has always been to help the individual(s) achieve their personal goals.
