My name is Jaspreet and I have done my Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. I am an experienced tutor and tutoring students in Mathematics, Reading and engineering subjects. I also have a Nevada Substitute Teacher's license.

My name is Jaspreet and I have done my Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. I am an experienced tutor and tutoring students in Mathematics, Reading and engineering subjects. I also have a Nevada Substitute Teacher's license.

I am currently working as a part time tutor with Western Nevada College, Carson City, NV. I am tutoring Algebra - Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced level, College Algebra, Business Maths, Aritmetics, Geometry, Precalculus and Calculus. I am also an online instructor and tutoring Maths and Language Arts to the group of 4-6 students.

As a part of my past tutoring experience, I have worked with two area tutoring companies. I was tutoring maths and language arts to the students as one-on-one tutoring and tutoring in groups. I developed separate lesson plans for each student tailored to their individual learning abilities and worked on their IAPs for their improvement in specific area. After few months of tutoring, students showed significant improvement in their test scores. I also worked as a substitute teacher with the Carson City School District, NV.

I am organized, resourceful, caring and direct. I love to see young people understand something they did not before. But most importantly, I get to make a positive impact in young people's lives everyday.

Efficient, kind and patient

I am attending an online college and taking math online is tough. Jaspreet teaches in a way that makes it easier for me to understand the concepts. She tutored me a total of 23 sessions and saved me endless hours. She created small to full length test so I could practice before I took my exam. Jaspreet doesn’t just want her students to pass, she wants them to be confident and actually understand the material going into the exam. She is extremely patient, kind and smart. I just passed my online class this past Friday and I couldn't have done it without her!!!!
