I taught for 18 years in Los Angeles at schools and in film studios as well as working in New York City with City Kids. C.K. was a free after school group that studied with an emphasis on creativity and fun. We also did performance pieces, often with well known artists, and we were highly regarded by the city council. It was amazing to watch students' marks and attitudes improve while a love of learning replaced anger or failure and creativity became more important than negative emotions....

I also taught Yoga for a number of years in many different countries and enjoyed leaning languages and about new cultures. I write poetry and have read to large audiences and have had the honor of some famous fans and an actual fan base! I have also acted in film and t.v.. and stage productions and believe words can be magic!
I love young people and, well, people and the amazing ability we have to create and communicate.
