This experience provides me the ability to clear up the confusion of business, and to present the material in understandable and cohesive manner that integrates the various elements of a business enterprise. My own personal experiences are useful in applying a business principle and real world example to the subject matter.
My teaching history includes teaching positions in the professional studies areas for Northeastern University (MA); Fisher College (MA); Orange Coast College (CA); Cal State Long Beach (CA). My teaching philosophy is to guide and coach the student to understand the materials and develop their conclusions with positive support.
Throughout my career, and in any business, it is important to develop employees who can make meaningful contributions to the success of the business. Not everyone has the same skill set. I have developed professional and successful sales forces and employees with various skill sets. Many of my former mentorees have grown into executive level positions at their companies. As a career development executive, it is important to understand the learning methodology of the employee/student, the degree of speed at which they can successfully master the content, their fit for the career being pursued, and their potential for success in their chosen field.
