I am a family physician currently in my second year of residency. I tutor the CARS section of the MCAT utilizing the AAMC question packs. I also tutor personal statements for medical school or any graduate or professional school. During the lesson, we walk through a passage together and discuss strategies for reading and answering the questions. It is completely okay if you have done the question packs before. No prep or materials are needed!

You might ask why you need someone to go through a passage with you, but trust me- it is SO helpful! You absolutely need to practice outside of tutoring, but Meagen's help got me to being a confident in reading and answering questions. Again, highly recommend Meagen!

Amazing tutor!
Meagen is an extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable tutor. She made an effort to learn about the type of learner I am and incorporated a variety of different styles to try. She provided simple tips and tricks that are easily overlooked which have significantly increased my CARS score. She did a great job at talking through each answer choices as to why it would be correct/incorrect and highlighted keywords that would help me determine the answer. Highly recommend!
