Hello! I am a professionally trained film and television actress and a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. I recently completed a four-season run on a network television series, which has given me extensive on-set experience and a deep understanding of the acting process from audition to performance. My training and professional work allow me to provide students with both a strong technical foundation and practical, real-world industry insight.
I have over three years of experience teaching acting to students ages 11–18, both in New York and through online sessions with students internationally. My teaching experience includes one-on-one coaching as well as small group instruction, focusing on scene study, monologues, and audition preparation. I specialize in helping students build confidence, strengthen their instincts, and develop truthful, grounded performances. My approach is influenced by the Meisner technique, with an emphasis on listening, emotional connection, and moment-to-moment authenticity.
In my lessons, students actively engage in exercises, improvisation, and performance-based work, as I believe acting is best learned through doing. I create a supportive and collaborative environment where students feel comfortable taking creative risks while developing their unique voice. Whether a student is new to acting or looking to refine their skills for auditions or performances, I tailor each session to meet their individual goals and help them grow both as actors and as confident communicators.
