Hello! I’m William, a certified special education teacher currently working in the Albuquerque Public Schools district, where I support some of the most creative, curious, and courageous young learners you’ll ever meet. My work centers around helping students overcome academic, social, and behavioral challenges and watching them grow into confident, capable individuals is what inspires me every single day.

Before becoming a full-time educator, I studied Philosophy (B.A.), which gave me a deep appreciation for critical thinking, thoughtful questioning, and the beauty of a well-crafted argument. I later earned my Master of Science in Law, sharpening my communication and reasoning skills and learning how to break down complex information into something clear and accessible an essential part of teaching and tutoring.

I bring that mindset to every session: structure meets curiosity, challenge meets encouragement. I believe every student is capable of growth with the right mix of support, creativity, and confidence-building. Whether we’re working on reading comprehension, essay writing, grammar, or organization, I tailor each session to the learner's pace, strengths, and goals.

When I’m not teaching or tutoring, you might find me diving into a new book, exploring ethical dilemmas through film, or creating ridiculously budget-friendly meals just for fun. If you're looking for a tutor who’s warm, patient, intellectually grounded, and passionate about making learning both meaningful and enjoyable, I’d love to work with you.
