Chemistry

Common Core

As a child growing up in New York City, I was always at the top of my class. The common core exams were always an opportunity for me to excel. My strong aptitude for standardized test taking and my ability to teach others to have this same aptitude makes me an amazing tutor for this subject.

Data Analysis

Working as the Data Analytics Administrator at a third party scent manufacturer, tasked with finding a bottle neck in their system after a catastrophic fire, I have acquire industry standard experience in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel.

Elementary (K-6th)

I coordinated, planned, and executed on a summer program for students between the ages of 8 and 16 on multiple STEM subjects. I have also been tutoring my younger siblings for years. They are both excelling in school and attending honors and gifted classes.

Machine Learning/ AI

I have been a pioneer of Artificial Intelligence since it's boom and have successfully participated in the acceptance of it as a valid subject of education at Bergen Community College, and am the first instructor on the subject at that Institution. I have a breadth of experience in training Large Language Models, creating A.I agents for business automations, and using State of the Art models for their optimized use cases to greatly increase productivity of both myself and my team.

Microsoft Excel

I’m well qualified to tutor Microsoft Excel because I use it seriously, not casually. I’ve worked extensively with Excel in academic, professional, and leadership settings—building dashboards, cleaning and analyzing data, creating pivot tables, writing complex formulas, and turning messy datasets into clear, decision-ready visuals. I’ve used Excel for survey analysis, program evaluation, KPI tracking, financial calculations, and reporting for leadership, not just homework assignments. I’m especially strong with: • Core to advanced formulas (IF, COUNTIF/S, SUMIF/S, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested logic) • Pivot tables, slicers, and charts for dashboards • Data validation, conditional formatting, and error-proofing sheets • Cleaning and structuring raw data so it actually makes sense • Explaining why formulas work, not just what to type Beyond technical skill, I know how to teach. I’ve been a Peer Leader and tutor at Bergen Community College, where my job was literally to break down complex concepts into clear, step-by-step explanations that students can actually follow. I adapt to how people learn, move from basics to advanced topics smoothly, and make sure students leave understanding—not guessing.

Precalculus

Public Speaking

I have been public speaking professionally since I was 18. Working as a Bike and Pedestrian Safety instructor in schools I was tasked with giving presentation in front of hundreds of students at a time. I have gone on to teach others how to do the same Infront of similarly sized groups of people.

SAT Reading

I have a strong foundation in reading comprehension, academic writing, and critical analysis, and I know how to teach those skills in a clear, structured way. I graduated from Bronx High School of Science, where close reading, evidence-based analysis, and time-pressured exams were the norm. I’m currently an Honors engineering student at Bergen Community College, which means I work constantly with dense technical texts, arguments, and data—skills that translate directly to SAT Reading passages. I don’t guess; I read with purpose, identify the author’s claim, track tone shifts, and eliminate wrong answers logically. I also have professional tutoring experience at Bergen Community College’s Cerullo Learning Assistance Center, where I learned how to break complex reading strategies into simple, repeatable steps. I’ve tutored students with different learning styles and starting levels, so I know how to meet students where they are instead of using one-size-fits-all explanations. On top of that, I’ve spent years tutoring my younger siblings and helping my mother through nursing school, especially with reading-heavy coursework and written analysis. My tutoring style is direct and practical. I teach students how the SAT actually works: how questions are designed, why wrong answers look tempting, how to annotate efficiently, and how to manage time under pressure. I focus on evidence-based reasoning, vocabulary in context, main idea tracking, and paired passage strategies so students aren’t relying on intuition—they’re relying on method. Bottom line: I don’t just help students get answers right. I teach them how to read like the test expects, build confidence, and improve their score in a measurable way.

SHSAT (NY HS admissions)

I Received a 1600 on the SAT in 2018. I have gone on to tutor many other students in this test with 90% of them attending Specialized High Schools. My aptitude for test taking and ability to teach others these strategies makes me a great tutor for any standardized test.
