I spent two years as a graduate student on a full-scholarship at the University of Oxford studying anthropology. I taught in an exchange program for American students and received my overall degree with distinction.

I have lived in the Middle East, specifically Lebanon, where I learned the local dialect of Arabic from scratch. I am truly fluent in the language having developed personal relationships that I maintain largely or exclusively in Arabic in many cases. I have also interpreted for research and journalistic projects on occasion.

I speak French fluently, studied in French at university, wrote my undergraduate thesis on a French memoir I consulted entirely in the original language and have served as a translator between French and Arabic. I have also lived in France extensively in my life, largely Paris and the Aquitaine.

I received my undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude in Literature. I have also published academic scholarship on Literature in addition to contributing a piece on a particular novelist to a major internationally circulating magazine.

I received a 176 on the LSAT my first time taking the test. This puts me in the 99th percentile of all scorers. It is also an above average at every law school in the country, including Harvard, Stanford and Yale.

I speak Spanish fluently, studied Spanish Literature at university and have published scholarship on Spanish Literature. In addition to this literary background, I am also a totally fluent Spanish speaker, lived in several different Latin American countries for varying amounts of time. I also served as an English/Spanish interpreter while working at a high school.
