I pitched successfully through little league, high school, college, and minor leagues. I spent 24 years with the Mets and Yankees pitching batting practice at Shea stadium and Yankee stadium. I have coached at high school and college levels for over 25 years. I have been giving pitching lessons for the last 20 years in Bergen and Ocean counties.
My experience with little leaguers through Major leaguers has given me the knowledge to pass on pitching mechanics that have proven successful. Pitching has not really changed through the passage of time. Having correct mechanics helps a pitcher develop his potential with the smallest chance of developing arm problems!
