If you are looking for someone who can get your star student back on track, then I'm your tutor! I have extensive tutoring experience spanning all mathematical-related subjects, including physics. My passion for helping others succeed has also led me to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility to teach mathematics in New Jersey schools. While I have yet to put it to use, I have utilized my expertise over the last decade in a corporate setting at two of the biggest insurance companies in the state of NJ: Horizon BCBS of NJ, and Prudential. I split my time at Horizon working initially as an Actuary (completed the first two Actuarial exams) and then more recently as a forecasting and process improvement specialist, before making the jump to Prudential to assume similar responsibilities.
Even though I put my mathematics knowledge base to use in a different way professionally, my passion for education has never waned, and I am always eager to help others become an expert like myself. My ability to communicate and relate to the student and identify the root cause of their struggles is what separates me from my peers.
