Good afternoon students and parents:

I enjoy working with young students to assist with Reading Comprehension, Writing and Grammer as well as Math. I also work with College Students and those who need help with Research Papers and writing to help you find the Thesis statement as well as paper organization and finding key terms for your paper.

Good afternoon students and parents:

I enjoy working with young students to assist with Reading Comprehension, Writing and Grammer as well as Math. I also work with College Students and those who need help with Research Papers and writing to help you find the Thesis statement as well as paper organization and finding key terms for your paper.

My first 2 years of college I majored in Health Information Technology to include Medical records, Coding, and medical transcription and well as teaching. I have experience with Anatomy and Physiology as well as extensive knowledge and experience with Psychology courses. I have a Masters Degree in health care and a Teachers Certification.

I am also certified to work with students with ADHD and Hyperactivity issues and I help them in a way that helps them learn according to their learning style. Whatever your needs are I am here to help you. I enjoy helping students to reach their full potential.

My previous experience includes working at an elementary school in California. I have also worked at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America after school program for "At Risk Youth". working with students on improving their grades in this after school program. I love teaching and working with kids to help them reach their potential.

Just reach out and let me know if you need assistance for your son or daughter and I would be more than happy to provide any tutoring that is needed in an effective way so that it is easy to understand. I minored in Psychology in college and have a Masters in Health Care as well so I understand the frustration in needing that extra help to get good grades.

I have an M.A. in Health Care Admin and a minor in Psychology. In my Undergrad work, I worked with young students up to and including College students to improve their writing techniques.
Fitness

I was a fitness instructor at LA Fitness in Clearwater, Florida. I taught yoga, pilates and filled in on for step aerobics from time to time. I enjoyed teaching these classes. I also hold a Masters degree in Health and nutrition with my training being done in a hospital.

In my teaching career with San Leandro Elementary school I often would assist students in their writing cursive and printing work. While teaching Grammar especially we always went over writing structure and penmanship rules.

I had completed an A.S. degree in Medical Records a while back prior to getting my M.A. and B.A. I had coding in our curriculum. I also worked as a coder in Hackensack Medical Center.

I have been knitting for 5 years and can help someone to learn how to knit, to start and end off the stitch at the end of their piece. I know several different kinds of stitches as well as the basic knit stitch. I actually make scarves and sell them.

I have taught beginning Piano lessons at an Adult Daycare Center to those who wanted to learn the piano. I have books for the beginner lessons to get people started playing piano and intermediate piano playing. I have a piano certificate from Cypress College.

I majored in Sociology in College and received a B.A. in Sociology. I have done Sociological Research and statistical analysis in that area as well.
Special Needs

In my teacher certification at Penn Foster we were trained to work with students to assist with ADHD, Asperger syndrome and children with hyperactivity. I have successfully experienced and taught children with these disorders in the past. I also worked at the Boys and Girls Club of America after school program with at risk youth with behavioral and learning disabilities as well as those without learning issues. In my teaching certification; we had to pass 2 classes for learning disabled students, ADHD, Asperger syndrome and we learned the aspects of patience and different learning styles and strategies to better help those with different learning difficulties. We also were placed in a school and work shop to actually work with learning disabled students which I have successfully completed.
Writing

I am qualified to teach writing. I have a Masters degree in Health Care administration. I have many research papers and had a few students I worked with on their research papers at the college level. In the teaching part of my program, I taught English Reading Comprehension, and writing before. I completed my thesis paper for my M.A. program a few years ago. I wrote many research papers of which I received A's on. I have been told by professors that I am an excellent Writer, and have good Grammar and Comprehension skills.
Yoga

Yoga

I have been doing yoga for 22 years and was teaching intermediate yoga at the YMCA in NJ. This class was not power yoga but a gentle stretching type of yoga for all ages. Some of the moves were downward facing down, the plow, cobra, and other moves.
