My name is Dina. I graduated from Monmouth University with a psychology degree and American University of Antigua with a medical degree. I also attended Portland state university for premed. I’ve been through so much schooling and have taken more exams than I could even count so I know what it’s like to sit for hours to trying to grasp difficult concepts and navigating through questions. From my experience, no matter how difficult or uninteresting the topic is, if you have a good teacher and a will to learn, you can truly master anything and maybe even realize you actually like the topic matter. My approach is to try to simplify topics as much as possible to be able to get the big picture. I’m a huge fan of mnemonics and diagrams which help make things easier to remember. I’ve previously tutored at Kumon Learning center and have also held private tutoring sessions. I’d like to help you understand and master difficult topics along with teaching some test taking strategies which will help boost your scores along with your confidence.
