I have been trained in Readers' and Writer's Workshop; I believe that students who understand the process of choosing a topic of interest, reading/researching the topic, writing about the topic (informative, opinion, and narrative writing), and presenting their writing to an authentic audience are those who are confident and successful. I take pride in the fact that my students LOVE reading and writing!
