Through my experiences in schools, summer camps, and tutoring, I have developed the ability to connect with students and support them in a patient and encouraging way.
For the past two years, I have been working as a tutor at Kumon, where I work one-on-one with students ranging from ages 3 to 14. I help students strengthen their skills in both math and reading, focusing on building a solid foundation and making sure they truly understand the material. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and are proud of their progress.
In addition, I volunteered as a teacher assistant at a local school, where I supported students individually while the teacher led lessons. I especially enjoy working with elementary and middle school students, helping them with math foundations and algebra. My goal is to make learning simple, clear, and enjoyable while helping students succeed academically.
