I always explain to my students that if they need help understanding a concept, ask; no question is ever too small. I practice "chunking" where if you can't understand the whole concept, I break it down or what I call chunk it. It makes understanding a little easier. I believe in building a genuine sense of trust accompanied by an attitude of support and high expectations. Remember your attitude determines your altitude! You got this! I am here for you!
