I was military for 14 years. Once I was promoted to Sergeant, it was my job to teach. Every new member had to be taught how to do the job. Teaching was a daily occurrence. In addition, I held many positions where teaching in a formal classroom setting was the norm. I've taught everything from complex radio and electrical systems to firearms safety and proficiency. In the military, failure was not an option. I had to ensure everyone learned the material to accomplish our mission.
