We consult and learn from Jennifer on a regular basis with our Outlook system. She is very knowledgeable and teaches well. She meets every team member where they are at in terms of knowing how to use the software. She is patient and explains how the system works and "thinks" as she is guiding you to use it.

There is an easy conversation that takes place with Jennifer that allows you to absorb and then apply her knowledge to the task at hand. I asked some questions that were beyond basics, and Jennifer answered them, explaining in a easy style that really registered with me.
