After earning my Ph.D. in the field (2013, Rutgers), I've held nearly every type of academic job in Political Science, from research assistant to, to course designer, to lecturer and to professor at schools such as Rutgers University, The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), Rider University, and Rowan University. However, my favorite part of this career has always been working to help individual students succeed -- through active tutoring and mentoring. I have the unique ability of making complex subjects in Political Science much more down-to-earth and easy to understand, especially for anyone who may be struggling with the subject or simply find it boring. Over the years, countless students of mine have even decided to switch their majors because of the new-found passion for politics that I helped to inspire. In fact, I am proud of having mentored scores of students from all around the globe and from virtually every type of background.
I have a huge wealth of experience as a course instructor and designer at multiple universities (both in person and online). This ranges from the introductory level, up to the graduate level, with courses on American Government, Advanced U.S. Studies, the Constitution, Congress & the Legislative Process, Foreign Policy, as well as Globalization, International Relations, Comparative Politics, Intelligence & National Security, and Contemporary World Problems, among several others.
