I have a Masters from Rowan University and a BSc from The College of New Jersey in Marketing Communications. I am a published author (fiction and non-fiction), as well as a working editor and communication strategist. I taught adult education classes for Rutgers University extension (10 years). For Stockton University, I taught writing, literature and composition (6 years) and was a guest lecturer at Temple University for business writing and public relations courses. I have mentored elementary and high school students in many subjects.

I love language and writing. I take great pride in sharing that love with my students. I believe that everyone has a story to tell and I enjoy helping those stories come to life. I understand the struggles that students face -- I'm dyslexic, and work hard every day to overcome the challenges that it brings.

Very good teacher

We are Italian students and we want to improve our English. Elizabeth was truly invaluable. The lesson with her was useful and very interesting. We engaged in conversation, and she kindly corrected our mistakes, making us understand where we were going wrong. She is an excellent teacher and a truly special person, polite and helpful. We will repeat the lesson with her. Thank you so much, Elizabeth. Matteo and Camilla
