I am currently a student at Rutgers University with a strong academic background in biology and STEM courses. I earned A grades in both Biology 1 and Biology 2, which helped build my confidence in explaining complex scientific concepts in a clear and understandable way. As a current college student, I understand the challenges many students face when learning biology for the first time, and I focus on helping students develop both understanding and confidence in the material.

My tutoring approach is patient, supportive, and personalized to each student’s learning style. I enjoy breaking down difficult topics into simpler step-by-step explanations and helping students strengthen study habits, problem-solving skills, and test preparation strategies. I have experience helping classmates and peers better understand biology concepts in both one-on-one and informal group study settings. Most of the students I help are high school or introductory college-level students who need support with biology, general science, and STEM coursework.
I believe one of my strengths as a tutor is being able to relate to students who may feel overwhelmed by science courses. Since I recently completed many of these classes myself, I understand which concepts students commonly struggle with and how to explain them in a more approachable way. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them become more independent and confident learners over time.
