Harvard SAT/ACT Tutor, 99.99th Percentile

Daniel B.

I'm Daniel, a Harvard graduate (English Literature, '09) who has spent the last 17 years helping ambitious students raise their SAT and ACT scores. I scored a 1570 on the SAT, and I work with students aiming for the most selective colleges in the country. I can help you get to 1600z

Who I help: High-achieving high school students preparing for the Digital SAT, PSAT or ACT, especially those who are already scoring well and need the last 150 points or 4 composite points to be competitive at their top-choice schools.

Results: My students have been admitted to MIT, Columbia, the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, NYU Stern and West Point. They have received perfect scores and lucrative scholarships ($100k+).

My Approach: Every lesson builds on the last. Before each session I review what we covered and the mistakes you made, then start with a short quiz on those concepts so nothing slips. I assign targeted official-style practice between sessions and stay in constant contact with parents by text and phone. I focus on understanding why an answer is right, not memorizing tricks, because that's what holds up on test day.
