While I have many years of experiences teaching in the classroom setting and assisting my students individually, I just started tutoring as a side hustle last year now that my daughters are in college and I have more time and flexibility.
My experience working with hundreds of Calculus students allows me individualize instruction by quickly determining where students are having trouble, understanding how they learn best, and choosing activities, explanations, and examples to make them the best Calculus students they can be!
I have had success working with students both in-person and online. My availability is flexible (except when I'm working during the school day) since I know "math emergencies" happen.
