Hi I'm Yashvi! I’m currently a senior at the College of New Jersey majoring in Biology and Psychology, set to graduate in May 2024. Throughout my undergraduate journey, I immersed myself in leadership roles, honing skills such as Public Speaking, Project Management, Delegation, Teamwork, and providing leadership coaching to peers. Successfully navigating rigorous interview processes, I've mastered the art of leaving a lasting impression through key skills, proper etiquette, and thorough preparation.

My expertise extends to guiding individuals in crafting meaningful leadership impact, synthesizing it into a compelling "leadership narrative" applicable to applying to college, further education, or job applications. Beyond leadership, I bring proficiency in research project development, covering design, abstract and manuscript writing. With over 3 years of experience creating organized and efficient spreadsheets for managing large datasets, I specialize in statistical analyses like t-tests, ANOVA, correlations, etc.
In addition, my knowledge spans General Biology, Organic Chemistry, and Biopsychology. I excel at simplifying complex topics and tailoring my approach to match each student's learning style, enhancing comprehension and retention.
