I’m about to graduate from Princeton University with a degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering, and I’m looking to work over the summer before starting a full-time role in corporate finance. I’ve been tutoring since high school, and more recently I’ve worked mainly one-on-one with college students in subjects like math, economics, and physics. I’ve also completed STEM Academy training along with additional workshops on communication, body language, and peer observation, which have helped me become a more effective and adaptable tutor.
Before college, I spent a lot of time working with elementary and middle school students through programs at the Princeton Public Library, where I ran a public speaking and debate camp for several years. That experience taught me how to break ideas down clearly and help younger students build confidence in a supportive setting.
I’ve also worked with high school students as a chair for the Princeton Model UN conference, where I guided discussions that mixed economic and historical ideas in a more interactive format. Across all of these experiences, I’ve worked with a wide range of ages in both one-on-one and group settings, and I try to tailor my approach to each student while helping them build lasting understanding and confidence.
