Hi, I'm Yousuf—a mechanical engineer with a passion for helping students truly understand math and physics, not just survive them.
I currently work in systems integration and testing at a Fortune 100 company in South Jersey, and before that, I spent four years as an engineering agent with the federal government in project management and testing. I graduated from Rutgers (Class of 2021) with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Economics. SAT MATH: 750 (on a 2400 scale).

Every day in my engineering work, I use the same principles I teach—problem-solving, physics, algebra, calculus. I've previously taught a couple acquaintances physics and linear algebra respectively. They both did well in their respective courses and liked my teaching style. My goal is to help you master these fundamentals now so you're set up for success later, and ultimately develop a passion for these fields.
My Teaching Style:
-Clear explanations
- Patient and judgment-free environment
- Focus on understanding the "why," not just the "how" -
Whether you're struggling with Linear Algebra or tackling AP Calculus, I tailor my approach to your specific needs and learning style.
