I have a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Computer Science from Rutgers Business School. My academic background focused heavily on mathematics, statistics, data analysis, and problem solving. Through my coursework and professional experience, I developed strong skills in quantitative reasoning, analytics, and programming tools such as Python, SQL, R, Excel, and Tableau. These subjects require a strong understanding of math and statistics, which allows me to confidently tutor students in these areas and help them understand both the concepts and their real-world applications.

I have experience helping students and peers understand quantitative subjects through one-on-one support and collaborative learning. My teaching approach focuses on breaking complex topics into smaller, manageable steps so students can build confidence as they learn. I typically start by identifying where a student is struggling, reviewing the concept in simple terms, and then working through practice problems together. As the student becomes more comfortable, I encourage them to solve problems independently while I guide them through their reasoning.

My tutoring is best suited for middle school, high school, and college students who need help with math, statistics, Excel, or introductory data analysis. I work primarily in one-on-one settings where lessons can be tailored to each student’s pace and learning style. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to help them develop stronger analytical and problem-solving skills that will support them throughout their academic and professional careers.
