I focus on fostering meaningful connections with students, creating a safe space where they feel supported, capable, and motivated to succeed. I have taught K-5th grade with K and 1st grade being my primary classroom focus over the last 12 years. I have deeply engaged students in multisensory sound and letter correspondence in order to create a strong foundation for being a successful reader.
