I'm Sneha! I am a premedical Spanish major enrolled in a 7-year BS/MD program. During high school, I completed 19 AP exams and earned a score of 5 on each one. I was also named a National Merit Finalist and was a scholarship recipient. I'm Sneha! I am a premedical Spanish major enrolled in a 7-year BS/MD program. During high school, I completed 19 AP exams and earned a score of 5 on each one. I was also named a National Merit Finalist and was a scholarship recipient. Having taken a wide range of advanced courses and standardized exams, I understand both the academic content and the test-taking strategies that are needed for students when they approach difficult material.
For the past two years of my undergraduate career, I have served as an Oral Proficiency Class leader in a collegiate classroom, where I lead students in introductory Spanish courses through structured conversations and interactive oral activities to build confidence in spoken Spanish. I help students improve their vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and comfort in the language while accommodating discussions to differing individual levels. I have also tutored peers and younger students in subjects ranging from biology and chemistry to US history and Spanish. My experience includes classroom instruction and one-on-one support.
I am available to help with SAT and ACT preparation, AP exam preparation/review, and other high school courses. I can also assist with college-level premedical subjects, including general chemistry, organic chemistry, biology, biochemistry, calculus, and Spanish. My tutoring style is patient, personalized to each student, and focused on active practice. I identify what a student already understands and where they are struggling, then following an explanation of the material, I encourage immediately applying it through guided questions or practice problems. My goal is to help students truly understand and learn the material rather than relying on brute memorization. I welcome input from both students and parents and am happy to discuss current coursework or long-term academic goals. Please feel free to contact me to discuss any concerns or to schedule a lesson!
