Awesome Tutor!!

Joanna is so awesome. Yesterday was my first time meeting with her and I will be using her going forward! I sent her the material to help me begin to study for my midterm for graduate school and she made the information very understandable and easy to remember! She is so kind and patient as well! I’m looking forward to many more sessions with her!

knowledgeable and Patient tutor

Joanna taught me about the information needed for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Praxis 5272. She is very helpful! I look forward to working with her more. She is patient and takes her time and she knows all about the laws such as IEP|IDEA, and ADA and she is familiar with the information needed to become a special education teacher.

Kelly, 12 lessons with Joanna
Tutor responded:

Dear Kelly, it has been a pleasure working with you. I appreciate the feedback and am happy to see you grow and gain confidence in your understanding of the concepts surrounding special education to study for your Praxis exam. Best, Dr. Joanna A., Ed.D.

Joanna is an extremely knowledgeable, kind, and fun tutor!

Joanna has been helping me glean enough knowledge to pass the Foundations of Reading exam that I need to get recertified as a teacher in the state of CT. She has a wealth of knowledge in this area, having been a teacher herself and also an administrator. She is patient, and never makes you feel stupid. In fact, she encourages you in the things you are doing right. I highly recommend her as a tutor, especially because she makes you feel like her friend and brings levity to each session. My experience with Joanna has been fantastic.

Emily , 7 lessons with Joanna
Tutor responded:

Emily, I appreciate your kind and thoughtful review! It was an absolute pleasure helping you review the Reading and English Language Arts material needed to prepare for your state teaching exams. I look forward to working with you again in the future. Best wishes, Dr. Joanna A., Ed.D.
