I'm Sanjana! I am currently attending Rutgers University pursuing a major in Neuroscience and Cell Biology with a minor in Finance. I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA where I attended Upper St. Clair High School. I then attended West Windsor Plainsboro North High School in Plainsboro, NJ, and graduated from there in 2020. I am proficient in math and science classes, spanning from precalculus to AP Calculus AB to Chemistry to Biology. I am also skilled in SAT Reading, English, and Math. Finally, I am skilled in writing/English so I can help with writing or editing essay.

I discovered my passion for teaching early on. I began peer tutoring in my junior year of high school for honors geometry and algebra 2. My interest in tutoring stemmed from being tutored myself throughout my middle school and some of my high school career. My tutors always found new and creative ways to make the subject interesting for each student. So, I wanted to carry on that type of teaching in my tutoring as well. I think each student learns in a different way and being a student myself I can help my students reach their academic goals.

I took AP Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in high school. I received a 4 in both AP Biology and Physics. I am currently taking Chemistry and Physics at Rutgers University.

I have always found difficulty in writing, and throughout high school and college, I found ways to improve my writing. I even received high A's in the writing courses I have taken so far in college. Through this, I even discovered a newfound passion for writing.

Learning can be difficult but it doesn't have to be. With better support, any student can become better and perform well in classes. And possibly even find a new passion in a subject.
