Hello, I’m Faith! I hold a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in English, and I began my teaching career in 2023. Since then, I’ve taught 8th grade Special Education, focusing on math and English.
I’ve always been drawn to teaching because of the strong connections I had with my own teachers growing up. Those relationships helped me build confidence and truly master the skills I was learning, and that’s the same environment I work to create for my students.
In the classroom, I focus on understanding how each student learns. I take time to break down challenging concepts, adjust my approach, and teach in ways that feel clear and manageable for the individual student. My goal is not just academic improvement, but helping students believe in their ability to succeed.
Teaching genuinely brings me joy. Every bit of growth I see in my students comes from patience, consistency, and encouragement, and I’m always cheering them on along the way.
