I’m a neuroscience major and performance coach with a strong foundation in the sciences and a passion for making complex topics simple and engaging. My academic background has given me a deep understanding of how the brain, body, and behavior connect — from the physics behind movement to the biology of human performance. This perspective allows me to teach subjects like biology, anatomy, physiology, and physics in ways that are clear, memorable, and grounded in real-world applications.
For the past two years, I’ve worked as a strength and performance coach, training athletes across a range of ages and skill levels. That experience has shaped my teaching style — I focus on helping students truly understand the “why” behind every concept rather than just memorizing facts. I use examples from sports, neuroscience, and daily life to bring difficult topics to life and help students retain what they learn. My approach emphasizes patience, connection, and building confidence step by step.
I’ve worked one-on-one and in small group settings, helping students bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical understanding. I believe every student learns differently, and my job as a tutor is to meet them where they are and show them that science doesn’t have to feel abstract or intimidating — it can actually be fascinating and intuitive when taught the right way. I currently offer online tutoring sessions on Sundays and specialize in helping high school students master biology, physics, anatomy, and general science.
