My name is Alex. I have a BA in Genetics, along with a minor in Modern Greek. I've also taught for Rutgers ODASIS program, where I taught basic chemistry. I've done prior lab work and analyses of tobacco DNA. I have completed all general and most upper level science courses up to the undergraduate level and some graduate level courses. Specifically, I have completed Biology, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Genetics, Biochemistry, Physics and a variety of science electives. I also have completed...

I also have completed math courses up to college level calculus and basic statistics for research. Upon completing these courses, I've maintained a 3.9 GPA, so I feel very comfortable with most of the concepts involved. I am also fluent in Greek and speak a fair amount of French. Genuinely The FIRST Tutor To EVER Understand How I Learn

Every single time I have a tutoring session with Alex he absolutely brings me so much ease when it comes to my exams. I have ADHD and it makes focusing in class very difficult, especially when I cannot always follow how the professor teaches. I am taking Organic Chemistry 2 in college and on top a very large class load. Alex has been incredible in taking the time to be patient with my learning and to help explain topics to me in the way that I best understand. He makes sure I have time to understand everything before moving on and he ever gets annoyed or upset. Tutoring used to give me anxiety, because I felt embarrassed that I needed help and that the tutor would judge me.
