Hi, my name is Mohammed, and it is nice to meet you!
My educational journey began when I attended Woodbridge Academy, a competitive public magnet school specializing in the healthcare field. After receiving a 1520 SAT score, I continued on to the Honors Program at Rutgers University, where I graduated summa cum laude and built a strong resume. After going through the medical school application cycle and being fortunate enough to receive several acceptances, I matriculated to George Washington University, one of the most competitive medical schools in the country.
Throughout my journey, I have spent 2 years tutoring General Chemistry, SAT math and reading, and more. I have also been an application advisor for 3 years, reviewing essays and helping my students craft compelling personal statements and strong applications. I am proud to have advised both high school and college students interested in attending medical school, and my mentees have gone on to attend ivy league colleges such as Princeton University, Yale University and Cornell University, as well as medical schools at the University of Maryland and Rowan University.
Going through application processes and schooling myself, I can often relate to the perspectives of students while being knowledgeable and educated in their needs and next steps. This helps me provide accurate, updated and effective advice, and I am committed to excellence in teaching, advising and my students' success and satisfaction.
