I am a dedicated and engaging educator with a strong background in English Language Arts, English Language Learners, and the performing arts. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and develop a deeper understanding of language through supportive and personalized instruction.

My approach is student-centered and structured, focusing on clear explanations, guided practice, and real understanding. I believe learning should feel encouraging and accessible, especially for students who may feel overwhelmed or hesitant. I work to create a positive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves.

In addition to academic tutoring, my experience as a performing arts teacher allows me to bring creativity, movement, and expression into learning. Teaching music, dance, and theater has strengthened my ability to help students with public speaking, reading fluency, comprehension, and written and verbal expression. This creative background is especially effective for students who learn best through interactive and engaging methods.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Society, which has provided me with a strong foundation in critical thinking, analytical reading, and academic writing. This background allows me to help students analyze texts, organize ideas, and communicate clearly and confidently.

I am ELA Certified and have specialized experience teaching English Language Learners (ELL). My training includes strategies for language development, vocabulary building, grammar instruction, reading comprehension, and writing support for diverse learners.

I am also a Performing Arts Teacher, currently teaching music, dance, and theater, which enhances my ability to support students with confidence-building, oral communication, and creative expression.
