Hello! I am a first year medical student at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University! I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with degrees in Molecular and Cell Biology and Data Science in the top 6% of my class. At Berkeley, I was an undergraduate student instructor for General Chemistry, where I taught 100 students and managed a class of 800. I also have experience tutoring students from elementary school through college in a variety of STEM subjects (chemistry, geometry, biology, algebra, robotics). I have also been a college admissions mentor for high school juniors and seniors, and have helped students gain full ride scholarships to Columbia University, UCLA, and many more.
I aim to work with each student to understand their learning style and change how I teach based on the feedback I get from them. I know that everyone learns differently and it is a priority for me to cater my teaching to each person independently. I am super open to any feedback on how I could be a better teacher and appreciate the opportunity to work with each individual student. I'm looking forward to helping you enjoy learning and realizing your strengths in the classroom!
