Hi! I’m a graduating student at Rutgers University completing degrees in mathematics and physics with coursework ranging from multivariable calculus and differential equations to quantum mechanics and analysis. I’ve built a strong foundation across both math and physics and I genuinely enjoy helping others navigate material that can initially feel abstract or intimidating.
My official teaching experience comes from teaching at Rutgers itself as a physics lab instructor where I taught introductory classical mechanics to freshman students. That role involved planning and delivering mini lectures where I helped students build the mathematical and conceptual foundation they needed to succeed. This included covering topics like algebra, kinematics, Newton’s laws, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and helping students develop the intuition necessary for calculus.
One of my proudest moments was when a student told me that she often found my explanations more understandable than the Professor’s. I focused especially on areas students often struggle with: vectors, rotational motion, and the connection between physical laws and mathematical structure, using geometric and intuitive explanations to make the material more natural.
In addition to working as a lab instructor, I’ve worked as a peer tutor in college (not officially associated with Rutgers), helping students with calculus, introductory proof-based mathematics, real analysis, and physics. I adapt to different learning styles and levels of preparation. My goal is to meet you where you are at and help you get further. It is my job to be prepared with several explanations for the same concept so we can find the one that clicks for and, if I do my job right, you will have an easier time remembering the content.
The goal is to help you develop a way of thinking that makes future problems easier, more natural, and enjoyable. Whether you're preparing for exams or trying to understand the subject, I aim to make the learning process clear and rewarding.
